Bugtracker?

Would it be possible to host a global bugtracker for projects? For example below "bugzilla.tuxfamily.org"?

Yes, it would be possible to install some PHP bugtracker right into the projects webspace, but this would also mean, each project has to keep the software updated, so noone may exploit security holes.
