			<title><![CDATA[Licenses~]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I want to start a project as an RSS, not only that but also host my own domain, a start for my internet life.</p><p>But what I came to ask about is about the license that I could use. My problem is that I do not wish to allow this to be open source, the source shared but I would like it closed to a point of learning it all myself, working as a goal for programming &amp; different foundation.</p>]]></description>
